Movement for wellbeing in the workplace.

'Moving Well' explored what people would like to do in the workplace to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. It focused on simple and gentle movements that might be recognisable from Tai Chi or similar mind body practices. The project investigated the space for a digital application to help desk-bound workforce employees improve their health & wellbeing by encouraging regular beneficial movement during the working day, engaging stakeholders to elicit and record insights, ideas, discussion and contributions across identified workplace types.
